Who pays for the software?
Our package prices assume you own the software accounts (Framer, Calendly/TidyCal, Stripe, Make.com, etc.) and pay those subscriptions directly. We’re added as an admin/developer so we can build and maintain everything for you.
Prefer a single invoice and for Pathbeam to hold the subscriptions? We can fully host your stack under our accounts for one higher monthly fee. We’ll walk through both options and confirm the best fit on your intro call.

Do I have to switch to new tools?

Can you work with my existing website?
In many cases yes. If your current site is solid, we’ll plug better booking and automation flows into it. If it’s holding you back, we’ll recommend a clean replacement.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most trade setups take around 2–4 weeks, depending on how fast you can send us info and how complex your job flow is.
Who owns the software accounts?
By default, you do - we’re added as an admin. If you prefer one bundled invoice, we can host everything under Pathbeam Systems for a higher monthly fee.
